The document, that can be accessed here, is addressed to the civil aviation organizations the implement or intent to implement a SMS.

In order to highlight the main current safety risks to the Romanian civil aviation, Romanian CAA has issued the ”Safety Analysis - Safety risk portfolio regarding the Romanian civil aviation, 3rd edition 2020”. The document can be accessed here.
The results of this analysis will be taken into consideration in the next edition of the National Plan for Aviation Safety.
