Following the safety recommendation code: SR-110.ACC.2015-08-01.AN-2.YR-PEG.BR issued by the CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY INVESTIGATIONS AND ANALYSIS AUTHORITY (SIAA), the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (RCAA) issued and published on its website an operational notification drawing the attention of qualified pilots on the Antonov An-2 aircraft type and air operators using such aircraft on the fact that it is forbidden to operate with incomplete crew, as is also provided in the manuals for this aircraft type and in the operational manuals approved by the RCAA.
