According to Decision no. 787/2007 on the establishment of measures to ensure the application of Regulation (EC) no. 1107 / 2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 on the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility traveling by air, the Autonomous Authority "Romanian Civil Aviation Authority" is designated as the body responsible for supervising the application of art. 8 of Regulation (EC) no. 1107 / 2006.
