Code of conduct and professional ethics of RCAA employees
STATEMENT regarding the assumption of an organizational integrity agenda of the RCAA
List including the gifts received, according to Law no. 251/2004 and their destination - year 2022
According to the newly adopted legal framework (Law no. 361/2022), persons who report violations of the law, which have occurred or are likely to occur within the authorities, public institutions, other legal entities under public law, as well as within private legal entities, the following reporting methods are available:
- Internal channels – In the case of AACR: mailbox for integrity reports in physical format (located in the lobby of the building, on the stairwell without elevator, between floors 1 and 2), written, e-mail: avertizare@caa.ro, telephone: 021.208.15.14 (Advisor with warning policy within AACR, cf Decision D316/2021); (for more details, see Chapter III of Law no. 361/2022)
- External channels – the National Integrity Agency as well as other public entities that, according to special legal provisions, receive and solve reports regarding violations of the law, in their field of competence (for more details, see Chapter IV of Law no. 361 /2022);
People who choose to contact the external channel - the National Integrity Agency - to report violations of the law, can only do so in the following ways:
- Online, on the Avertizori Platform (https://avertizori.integritate.eu/);
- By e-mail to the address avertizari@integritate.eu;
- By telephone, at the number 0372.069.869, selecting the keys 1 (Select Romanian language), 0 (Conversation recording agreement), 3 (Direction of Alerts in the public interest). Conversations will be recorded automatically;
- Through the postal services at the ANI address in Lascăr Catargiu Boulevard no. 15, Postal Code 010661, Sector 1, Bucharest – Romania – To the attention of the Public Interest Whistleblowing Directorate;
- In person, by being present at the ANI headquarters (with prior appointment made at the email address avvasari@integritate.eu).
- Public disclosure – press, professional, union or employer organizations, non-governmental organizations, parliamentary committees, etc. (for more details see Chapter V of Law no. 361/2022).
