BUCHAREST, 11 March 2026 - Following an internal review conducted by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (RCAA, it was noted that some applicants who obtained unique appointment codes for the submission of aeronautical approval documentation did not use their scheduled appointment slots.
To facilitate access to the approval procedure for a larger number of applicants, RCAA has increased the number of daily appointment slots available on the digital platform, effective from 11 March 2026 at 14:30.
IMPORTANT: If you schedule an earlier appointment, please notify us at contact@caa.ro to cancel any appointments that are no longer required so that the released slots can be used by other applicants.
RCAA continues to monitor the volume of requests and takes measures to optimise the approval process.
