For issuing the Certificate of Airworthiness, an applicant shall submit the form F-PIAC-AW-CNV_1.01. The form shall be accompanied by several documents which vary according to the particularities of each case;
In accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012, a Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA - EASA Form 25) is issued for all eligible EASA aircrafts with unlimited duration. The certificate is then verified on the annual basis or confirmed by the extension or issue of an Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC).
