| COMPETENT AUTHORITY / QUALIFIED ENTITIES | |
| Considering the provisions of art. 6, para. (1) of the Air Code, March 2020 edition, the competent authority is designated the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (RoCAA) | |
| Under the provisions: | |
|
a. art. 6, paragraph, (1) and (3) of the Air Code, March 2020 edition; and |
|
| b. Chapter 11 of RACR LPAN P "Licensing of civil aeronautical personnel - parachute jumper"; and | |
| c. art. 6.1 "Generalities", para. (1) and (2), Chapter VI "Authorization of qualified entities" of RACR CP "Certification of parachutes" | |
| RoCAA authorized the Aeroclubul Romaniei (AR) to carry out certification activities of aeronautical technique and parachute jumper as follows: | |
| 1. organization of theoretical and practical examinations (on the ground and in jump/flight); | |
| 2. issuance of certification/qualification documents; | |
| 3. certification of airworthiness of parachutes; | |
| 4. certification of parachutes maintenance and repair personnel; | |
| 5. register management | |
