Applicable regulations

 

Both European Regulation (EU) no. 965/2012, as well as the national RACR-TABP regulation, make applicable the provisions of ICAO Annex 18 and the associated technical instructions (“Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air”) Doc 9284 AN / 905 to their latest update. The provisions of the Emergency Response Guidance for Aviation Incidents Involving Dangerous Goods (ICAO Doc 9481-AN / 928, last edition) also apply to the provisions of the Emergency Response Guidance Material for Aircraft Incidents Involving Dangerous Goods.

Applicable procedures

  • In order to comply (EU) no. 965/2012 - "Acceptable means of compliance and guidance material" issued by the European Agency (published on the EASA website as ED decisions).

PIAC-TABP civil aviation procedures and instructions detail how the requirements of national and international law regarding the granting, modification, renewal, suspension or revocation of the air transport authorization of dangerous goods and / or related activities must be met.
