DANUBE FAB Performance Plan for the second reference period (RP2, 2025-2019)
According to Regulation (EU) no. 390 of 2013 on the performance of air navigation services, the National Supervisory Authorities (NSA) of EU countries are responsible for the development of Performance Plans at the level of Functional Airspace Block (FAB), for the second reference period (RP2, 2015 - 2019), until June 30, 2014.
Autonomous Direction The Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (AACR), as NSA Romania, collaborated with NSA Bulgaria, in order to carry out the activities necessary to prepare the Performance Plan at DANUBE FAB level, for the second reference period (RP2, 2015 - 2019 ).
The Performance Plan at DANUBE FAB level includes separate sections, related to Romania (RO) and Bulgaria (BG) and aggregate sections at DANUBE FAB level.
The objectives of DANUBE FAB included in the Performance Plan for RP2 were considered in accordance with the requirements by EC Decision no. 348/2015 of March 2, 2015, in the key areas of safety, environment and cost efficiency performance and by Decision COM 2016/599 of April 15, 2016 for the key area of capacity performance.

Romania's Performance Plan for the first reference period (RP1, 2012-2014)
The National Performance Plan for Air Navigation Services 2012-2014 - Romania edition 01, is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 691/2010 of 29 July 2010 establishing a performance system for air navigation services and network functions and amending Regulation (EC) no. 2096/2005 establishing common requirements for the provision of air navigation services.
RNPP1 covers the first reference period, from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014.
The National Supervisory Authority (NSA) responsible for drawing up the performance plan is the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority (AACR), designated by Order no. 1185/2006 of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Tourism as a national supervisory authority, whose responsibility includes the implementation of the Single European Sky legislation.
