During the 42nd ICAO Assembly (September 23 - October 3, 2025, Montreal, Canada), Mr. Nicolae Stoica, head of the Romanian delegation, Director General of the Romanian Civil Aeronautics Authority, met with top leaders in the field: Mr. Sean Duffy, US Secretary of Transportation; Mr. Steven MacKinnon, Minister of Transport of the Government of Canada; Mr. Apostolos Tzitzikostas, European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, with whom he addressed current topics regarding the development, safety and sustainability of civil aviation.
