Given the epidemiological situation in the country, AACR informs you that the issuance of certification documents for aeronautical personnel is no longer carried out at the AACR headquarters.
For the navigating personnel these documents will be sent by AACR by mail / courier to the holder, according to the provisions of the PIAC-LIC procedure, respectively by completing and sending to pel.info@caa.ro the annex 1 of the procedure.
The documents will be sent after the proof of payment of the certification service according to Order no. 1305/2012 regarding the approval of the tariffs charged by the Autonomous Authority to the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority for the performance of the activities for which competences have been delegated by the Ministry of Transports and Infrastructure with the subsequent completions.
Applicants who pay in person for these services can request the invoice at pel.info@caa.ro which they will pay in the accounts on the invoice (BCR AVIATIEI, IBAN RO15RNCB0307005024210001, for payment in lei and RO85RNCB0307005024210002 for payment in euro, SWIF RNCBROBU). Confirmation of payment will be made via e-mail, attaching proof of payment to the request in the said Annex 1.
At the request of the holder, a scanned copy of the certification document may be sent to his personal e-mail address, specified in Annex 1 to PIAC-LIC, stating that it does not replace the requirement of EU Regulation 1178/201, FCL.045 to hold and present documents.
For non-navigating staff these documents will be sent by AACR by mail / courier following the steps described above for persons exercising licensing privileges abroad and for those exercising licensing privileges only in Romania can be requested the certification document in scanned copy to the e-mail address -mail of the holder, following that the original documents can be picked up from the AACR headquarters after the elimination of the restrictions imposed by the emergency situation.
