Thus, the seminar for users in the "open" category is scheduled on December 9th, 2020, and that for operators in the "specific" category on December 10th, 2020. The events will be held in the English language, they will last approximately one hour and will be broadcast live on EASA's Facebook channel, as follows:
December 9, 2020, 17.00 - 18.18 (CET) (Romanian time 18:00 - 19:00) - new rules for carrying out flight activities in the “open” category;
December 10, 2020, 11.00 - 12.00 (CET) (Romanian time 12:00 -13: 00) - new rules for carrying out flight activities in the "specific" category.
The new rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft, valid throughout the European Union, shall enter into force at the end of December 2020 (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft).
