During the state of alert, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days in Bucharest is higher than 6 / 1,000 inhabitants, the access to the headquarters of the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority R.A. is permitted only to people who comply with one of the following conditions, with the exception of RCAA employees:
a) are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 and 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the full vaccination scheme;
b) they submit a negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 not older than 72 hours;
c) they submit a certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 not older than 48 hours;
d) they are in the period between the 15th and 180th day after the confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Access to the institution is permitted only with face masks and after the submission of the European Union digital certificate / documents compatible with this certificate, on paper or in electronic format, that attest the vaccination against COVID-19, testing or having passed through the disease. These documents shall be checked at the entrance with the mobile application << Check DCC >>.
Theoretical examination sittings are organized by RCAA with the participation of a number of people up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space intended for the examination, ensuring an area of at least 2 square meters for each person.
