1.3. Non-commercial Part-FCL licenses
LIGHT AIRCRAFT PILOT LICENSE - LAPL (A)
Holders of a LAPL (A) license may exercise the rights conferred by the license on EASA aircraft registered in the EU. An applicant for a PART-FCL license, class or certificate must meet the applicable general requirements under PART-FCL.
An applicant for LAPL (A) must meet the following requirements:
(i) FCL.100 Minimum age
(ii) FCL.105 Privileges and conditions
(iii) FCL.105.A LAPL (A) - Privileges and conditions
(iv) FCL.110 LAPL - Credits for the same category of aircraft
(v) FCL.110.A LAPL (A) - Experience and credit requirements
(vi) FCL.115 LAPL - Training course
(vii) FCL.120 LAPL - Theoretical examination
(viii) FCL.125 LAPL - Skill Test
(ix) FCL.135.A LAPL (A) - Extension of privileges to another class or variant of aircraft
(x) FCL.140.A LAPL (A) - Recent experience requirements
(xi) Part-MED to MED.A.030 lit. (b) provides that applicants and holders of an LAPL (A) must hold at least one LAPL medical certificate within the term of validity.

(iii) LAPL course graduation certificate, issued by ATO (copy)
(iv) Copy of examiner authorization (does not apply to Romanian examiners)

Holders of a LAPL (H) license may exercise the rights conferred by the license on EASA helicopters registered in the EU. An applicant for a Part-FCL license, class or certificate must meet the general requirements applicable under Part-FCL.
An applicant for LAPL (H) must meet the following requirements:
(i) FCL.100 Minimum age
(ii) FCL.105 Privileges and conditions
(iii) FCL.105.H Privileges and conditions
(iv) FCL.110 Credits for the same category of aircraft
(v) FCL.110.H LAPL (H) - Experience and credit requirements
(vi) FCL.115 Training course
(vii) FCL.120 Theoretical examination
(viii) FCL.125 Skill test
(ix) FCL.135.H Extension of privileges to another type or variant of helicopter
(x) FCL.140.H Experience requirements
(xi) Part-MED to MED.A.030 lit. (b) provides that applicants and holders of an LAPL (H) must hold at least one LAPL medical certificate within the term of validity.

PARTICULAR PILOT LICENSE FOR AIRCRAFT - PPL (A)
The privileges of the holder of a PPL (A) confer on him the right to act unpaid as PIC or co-pilot on airplanes used in non-commercial operations. The holder of a PPL (A) with the privileges of instructor or examiner may be remunerated for:
(i) providing practical training for LAPL (A) or PPL (A);
(ii) conducting proficiency tests and proficiency checks for these licenses;
(iii) the qualifications and certificates associated with these licenses.
An applicant for a Part-FCL, Class or Certificate must meet the general requirements applicable under Part-FCL.
An applicant for PPL (A) must meet the following requirements:
(i) FCL.200 Minimum age
(ii) FCL.205 Privileges and conditions
(iii) FCL.205.A Privileges and conditions
(iv) FCL.210 Training courses
(v) FCL.210.A PPL (A) - Experience and credit requirements
(vi) FCL.215 Theoretical examination
(vii) FCL.235 Skill test
(vii) Part-MED to MED.A.030 lit. (c) provides that applicants and holders of a PPL (A) must hold at least a Class 2 medical certificate within the validity period.

(ii) PPL course graduation certificate, issued by ATO or RF (copy)
(iii) Copy of Part-FCL examiner authorization (does not apply to Romanian examiners)

PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE FOR HELICOPTERS - PPL (H)

An applicant for a Part-FCL, Class or Certificate must meet the general requirements applicable under Part-FCL.
An applicant for PPL (H) must meet the following requirements:
(i) FCL.200 Minimum age
(ii) FCL.205 Privileges and conditions
(iii) FCL.205.H Privileges and conditions
(iv) FCL.210 Training Course
(v) FCL.210.H PPL (H) - Experience and credit requirements
(vi) FCL.215 Theoretical examination
(vii) FCL.235 Skill test
(viii) Part-MED to MED.A.030 lit. (c) provides that applicants and holders of a PPL (H) must hold at least a Class 2 medical certificate within the validity period.
