The written request of a training organization for cabin crew members in order to:
- initial certification;
- changing the persons nominated as responsible within the organization;
- any other amendment or amendment,
must be accompanied, as appropriate, by the Training Manual which includes the proposed amendments, corresponding to the requested amendment, any other necessary documents, as well as contracts concluded with an air operator, authorized by RA-AACR, for type rating, in accordance with the requirements applicable from Part ORO.CC.125 and ORO.CC.135 of Regulation (EU) no. 965/2012 and the RA-AACR Registry must be submitted through the CC-S-OP form, with the required time period in accordance with AMC1 ORA.GEN.130, before starting the activities requested by the organization or applying the requested amendments.
The certification and approval of the requested modifications or amendments is made by AACR following the conclusion with satisfactory results of an audit, inspections or verifications performed by the department responsible for AACR in accordance with the CC-I-OP form. The audit or inspection for the certification or approval of the requested amendments or amendments shall be performed only after the requesting organization proves compliance with the established requirements. in case of compliance with the established requirements, RA-AACR will issue the corresponding CC-C-OP form.
In the event of finding non-conformities following audits or inspections of the departments responsible for AACR, they will be treated in accordance with AMC1 ORA.GEN.150 (b) and GM1 ORA.GEN.150.
