The English language proficiency test for air traffic controllers is conducted within ROMATSA R.A. (The Romanian Air Traffic Services Provider), under oversight by RCAA, according to Regulation (EU) No 2015/340 and PAC-LCTA 7th edition/2023. The test used in ROMATSA R.A. is the ELPAC, developed and administered by EUROCONTROL.
