In order to obtain an authorization for acrobatic flights at altitudes of less than 150 m, the AACR may grant, upon written request (available in Annex 1 to RACR-DEMO), the exemption from this provision allowing a minimum altitude below the limit set by 50 m AGL for a particular particular evolution of a civil aircraft.
It is also allowed the particular evolution of some state aircraft at a specific minimum height, different from the one provided, only under the conditions established in each protocol concluded with the representatives of the participating authorities / organizations in the aerial demonstration with state aircraft, as it provided within RACR - DEMO 70 art. (1) para. (iv) lit. (B).
