Between 05 - 06.11.2019, the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority (AACR) / Airworthiness Department organizes a working meeting with the representatives of the authorized organizations CAMO / AMO / MTO. At the meeting that will take place in the amphitheater of the Higher School of Civil Aviation (13 Grațioasă Street, Bucharest), the representatives of over 40 organizations from all over the country confirmed their participation.
On this occasion, the following will be discussed:
- legislative changes introduced by the new European regulations (EU) no. 1139/2019, (EU) no. 2019/1383 and (EU) no. 2019/1384;
changes to be made to the provisions of the European legislative framework specific to the aeronautical field regarding information security risk - management (NPA 2019-07) and the incorporation of the requirements of the safety management system (NPA 2019-05-C).
At the same time, the new principles of issuing national licenses (RACR-LPTA) will be discussed, as well as the certification of NDT operators operating in authorized PART 145 organizations, but also the new categories of PART 66 licenses introduced by Regulation (EU) 2018/1142 .
