The Romanian Civil Aviation Authority has decided to extend the work schedule for employees involved in processing and issuing communications regarding persons receiving a service pension as a result of carrying out activities as air navigation personnel, if the employer no longer exists or no longer has in activity airborne personnel with position on board corresponding to the position held by the person concerned (regulations provided in the methodological norms for applying the provisions of Law No. 83/2015 to supplement Law No. 223/2007 on the status of professional civil aviation personnel in civil aviation in Romania, entered into force on July 1 this year).

Thus, starting with Thursday, July 23 a.c. until July 30 a.c. the work schedule for the team that processes the documents and prepares the communications regarding the service pensions, is extended by two hours.

Also, on Saturday, July 25, the AACR team will work in a 4-hour work regime, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code and the Collective Labor Agreement.

The Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority makes all the necessary steps to come to the aid of the pensioners with the processing with maximum urgency of the communications related to the service pensions.

The communications are issued at the AACR headquarters in Bucharest, sector 1, sos. Bucharest - Ploiești, no.38 - 40, during the working hours with the public, from Monday to Thursday between 10.00 and 14.00 and on Friday between 10.00 and 13.00.
