In accordance with the provisions of Art.10, par. 2 (b) of Regulation (EU) No. Commission Regulation (EC) No 691/2010 of 29 July 2010 establishing a performance system for air navigation services and network functions and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2096/2005 establishing common requirements for the provision of air navigation services, on 05.05.2011 consultations took place in Bucharest on the Danube FAB level, on the topic "National Performance Plan for Air Navigation Services" for the period 2012 -2014.
These consultations were attended by the designated representatives of the National Supervisory Authorities (AACR, BG CAA), of the air navigation service providers from Romania and Bulgaria (ROMATSA, BULATSA), of the Romanian Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure as well as of the airspace users ( IATA, LUFTHANSA, EMIRATES, TAROM).
On this occasion, the National Supervisory Authorities presented the draft performance plans of the air navigation service providers from Romania and Bulgaria (ROMATSA, BULATSA) for the reference period 2012-2014.
