Starting with 30.01.2016 Order of the Minister of Transport no. 8/2014 on "establishing the operating conditions in the national airspace of unmanned civil aircraft on board" ceased its applicability (see art. 8 of UNWTO 8/2014).
In order to inform all owners / holders of unmanned aircraft on board about the legislative framework applicable to the field, AACR has published on its website the new edition of the "Guide for the operation of unmanned aircraft" (edition 2/2016).
