Between April 3-4, the event held under the auspices of the Ministry of Transport "Just Culture- Prosecutor workshop" took place in Bucharest. The workshop was organized by the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority in partnership with EUROCONTROL, ECA and IFATCA and supported by ROMATSA and the Bucharest Airports National Company.
The event aimed to present the concept of just culture from the perspective of its development and application by prosecutors, as well as to identify solutions for its optimal implementation in national legislation.
Just Culture promotes the need to develop a stable communication framework between the civil aviation sector that supports and improves civil aviation safety and the judiciary, in order to avoid unnecessary procedures and to create a system based on trust and cooperation that contributes to to increase the level of safety in civil aviation.
