In the existing national context on the need to implement measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, we inform you that starting with 30.03.2020, the registration of applications for issuing the AACR approval accompanied by the related technical documentation and proof of payment of tariffs, other requests for information regarding the activity of issuing approvals, will be made exclusively online at the e-mail address registratura@caa.ro.
Mandatory instruction on how to electronically submit the application together with the related technical documentation and to obtain the registration number at AACR:
The email will be marked in the Subject: NOTICE _NAME OF BENEFICIARY
Nr. The application registration form to AACR will be automatically sent to the email address through which the application was sent.
If, a documentation is sent in addition to an application already registered at AACR, it will be noted in the Subject: COMPLETION OF OPINION NO. AACR registry assigned to your initial application.
The application, the related technical documentation, CIF / CI copy and proof of payment will be sent in full by a single email, archived and not exceeding the size of 30 MB.
The Application form submitted on the ACCR website will be filled in and sent with a handwritten signature (scanned) / electronic signature.
The technical documentation sent for approval will be assumed by the specialized designers by handwritten signature (scanned) / qualified or advanced electronic signature, according to the provisions of art. 3 points 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) no. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93 / EC by all specialists provided by law, corresponding to the right of professional practice acquired by them, the document having the same legal value as those in written format.
Payment will be made exclusively electronically, proof of payment being attached to the email.

Dovada plății va cuprinde în mod obligatoriu completat la rubrica observații plată numele beneficiarului avizului și adresa poștală completă a imobilului pentru care se solicită avizul AACR.
De asemenea vă rugăm să specificați în email pentru ce persoană fizică/ juridică și datele de facturare aferente, doriți să se emită factura.
În cazul în care este necesar, AACR va comunica în scris petentului dacă este necesară depunerea cererii și a documentației tehnice aferente și în format printat pe hârtie, asumate cu semnături autorizate, ştampile autentice etc.
Urmare a implementării la nivelul AACR a sistemului de muncă la domiciliu și având în vedere starea de tranziție spre o digitalizare completă a procesului de emitere avize, ne cerem scuze pentru posibilele decalaje ale termenelor de emitere a avizelor/ adreselor AACR.
