In order to assist in the implementation of Implementing Regulation (EU) no. Commission Regulation (EC) No 1207/2011 (Regulation on Surveillance Performance and Interoperability (SPI)), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published documents on Means of Compliance and Acceptability (CMA) and Guidance Materials (GM).
AMC and GM will support the harmonized application of air and ground surveillance systems in a safe, efficient, proportionate and cost-effective manner throughout the European ATM network (EATMN).
EASA has published these AMCs and GMs as part of its ongoing commitment to support stakeholders in various airspace requirements that allow for the continuous improvement of the Single European Sky.
