The activity of registering the applications for issuing AACR approvals is suspended for a period of 10 days, starting with March 16, 2020
In the existing context at national level on the need to implement measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, we inform you that starting with 16.03.2020, the registration of applications for the issuance of the AACR approval accompanied by the related technical documentation, other requests for information on the activity of issuing approvals, for a period of 10 working days.
Subsequently, the applications accompanied by the related technical documentation will be submitted exclusively in electronic format. Instructions on how to electronically submit the documentation and obtain the registration number will be presented on the AACR website at Notice issuance information.
If necessary, the AACR will communicate in writing to the petitioner if it is necessary to submit the application and the related technical documentation and in paper format, assumed with authorized signatures, authentic stamps, etc.
