AACR resumes the sessions of thereto-ethical examinations at the institution's premises
Starting with July 6, 2020, the theoretical examinations are resumed at the headquarters of the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority, located in Bucharest, sector 1, road. Bucharest - Ploiești, no.38-40, RO - 013695.
In order to ensure the protection measures (physical distance, sanitation, wearing of protective masks, hand sanitization, etc.) according to the Orders MS 874/81/2020, MMPS 3577/831/2020, the theoretical examinations will be organized and will be carried out as follows :
1. REGISTRATION FOR EXAMINATION:
is made by the applicant within the legal term, by submitting to the AACR registry (registratura@caa.ro) the documents established by the regulations and procedures applicable to the category of staff for which it is to be examined.
2. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:
is made by AACR by e-mail by the License Registry Office of AACR within 3 days from the submission of the documents, provided that, after verification, all documents specific to the examination of the category of staff to which the applicant belongs are complete and correct.
3. SCHEDULE OF DAY AND DATE OF EXAMINATION
A) PILOTS - the request for appointment for the reservation of a place in the computer examination room within AACR is made by the applicant by e-mail to planexam@caa.ro under the following conditions:
- The registration has been completed and confirmed to the applicant;
- The specific fee for the examination was paid;
- Taking into account the examination sessions set by the AACR for the current month and posted on its website;
- At least 5 working days before the date set for the examination.
B) ON-BOARD ACCOMPANIERS AND NON-NAVIGATING PERSONNEL - the appointment for reserving a place in the paper examination room within AACR is made by the applicant by e-mail to planexam2@caa.ro under the following conditions:
- The registration has been completed and confirmed to the applicant;
- The specific fee for the examination was paid;
- Taking into account the examination sessions set by the AACR for the current month and posted on its website;
- At least 5 working days before the date set for the examination.
C) NON-NAVIGATING TECHNICAL STAFF (LPTA, PART 66, NDT) - the appointment for reserving a place in the paper examination room within AACR is made by the applicant by e-mail to planexam3@caa.ro under the following conditions:
- The registration has been completed and confirmed to the applicant;
- The specific fee for the examination was paid;
- Taking into account the examination sessions set by the AACR for the current month and posted on its website;
- At least 5 working days before the date set for the examination.
D) LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE - the request for programming for the reservation of a place in the examination room within the AACR for the assessment of linguistic competence is made by the applicant by e-mail to elp@caa.ro under the following conditions:
- The registration has been completed and confirmed to the applicant;
- The specific fee for the examination was paid;
- Taking into account the examination sessions set by the AACR for the current month and posted on its website;
- At least 5 working days before the date set for the examination.
4. SUBMISSION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE EXAMINATION SESSION:
- is done exclusively on the basis of prior planning based on the confirmation received by e-mail from AACR.
- applicants are admitted to the examination room at least 20 minutes before the start of the examination under the following conditions:
- only to applicants wearing a protective mask;
- if their temperature (measured by the AACR at the entrance to the premises) is lower than 37.3 º C;
- in compliance with the rules of physical distance (2 m) between applicants.
- with respect to the input / output flow;
- after depositing the values / effects / mobile phones / smart computers) other communication or data transmission technologies, in the safe in the AACR lobby.
- after sanitizing the hands, at the entrance to the examination room;
- after verification of personal data (CI);
Note:
1) For the first computer examination session of the AACR exclusively for ATPL, CPL and IR in July 2020, registrations are made by June 30, 2020, confirmation of registration by AACR on July 1, 2020, and the request for programming for examination shall be submitted by 02 July 2020.
2) The capacity of the computer examination room in the AACR allows the simultaneous examination of a maximum of 8 candidates per series, two series per day between 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00.
