The examinations will be organized as follows:
1. EXAMINATION REGISTRATION:
will be made by each applicant within the legal term, by sending all the documents required by regulations and procedures applicable to each type of examination through portal.caa.ro
2. SCHEDULING THE DAY AND DATE OF THE EXAMINATION
PILOTS – in order to book a seat in the computer examination room at RCAA, applicants must submit their request through the portal.caa.ro application, provided that the following conditions are met:
- the registration has been completed and confirmed to the applicant;
- the corresponding exam fee has been paid;
- taking into account the examination sittings scheduled by RCAA for the current month and published on the RCAA website;
- the deadline for exam bookings is maximum 5 days before the beginning of the examination sitting.
- RULES FOR EXAMINATION SITTINGS ATTENDANCE:
- Candidates are allowed to attend an examination sitting only after the registration process has been completed and they have received the corresponding exam confirmation from RCAA by e-mail.
- Candidates will be allowed access to the examination room no later than 20 minutes before the start of the examination
- After checking the applicants’ identity cards.
TEST SITTINGS SCHEDULE
Monday – Thrusday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.
Friday – from 09:00 to 12:00.
Candidates are allowed to enter the examination room only at 09:00 or 13:00.
