The PIAC BC procedure establishes the responsibilities and roles of AACR and ROMATSA in the process of developing and approving the cost bases for establishing air navigation tariffs and specifies the conditions and deadlines that AACR and ROMATSA must comply with for their transmission to the European Commission / EUROCONTROL.
