Authorizations and Exemptions for the Air Transport of Dangerous Goods

In order to carry out the transport of dangerous goods by air, all civil certified air operators that have a specific approval for the transport of dangerous goods must also obtain, as appropriate:

• Exemptions for the transport of dangerous goods normally forbidden for air transport    

• Authorizations in accordance with the national legislation of Romania for „hazardous materials and any other types of cargo that, by their nature, may affect the national security of Romania” (see term definition);
