On the Romanian territory the Air Operations are conducted in compliance with the provisions stipulated by The Air Code of Romania, according to all applicable regulations.

Air Operations are classified as follows:
A. Commercial Air Transport (cargo, passengers): the operations are carried out under an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority, based upon the provisions of the EU-OPS/JAR-OPS 3 and an Air Operating License issued by The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure
B. Aerial Work Operations: the operations are performed by the air operators holding an Air Operator Authorization (AOA) issued by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority according to the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Regulation/Aerial Work and General Aeronautical Operations, issue 01/2009 published in Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 204/31.03.2009 /Aerial Work and General Aeronautical Operations;
C. General Aviation Operations: are performed according to the provisions of Romanian Civil Aeronautical Regulation/Aerial Work and General Aeronautical Operations, issue 01/2009 published in Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 204/31.03.2009 RACR-OPS LAAG / Aerial Work and General Aeronautical Operations;
